Cooper Hardiman are once again proud to partner with Southern Stay Disability Service to appoint to a newly created role of Service Design & Transformation Lead. This is the opportunity to redesign what service delivery looks like for a respected, values-driven not-for-profit supporting 700+ people with disability across Southwest Victoria.

The NDIS landscape is shifting - funding models, participant expectations, and sector pressures are all changing. Southern Stay isn't looking for someone to simply react to that change; they want a leader who can apply genuine human-centred design thinking to shape what comes next, working directly alongside participants and frontline staff to build services that actually reflect what people need.

You'll bring a proven track record in service redesign or transformation, the ability to turn data and sector signals into a clear case for change, and the influence to bring people along across teams that don't report to you - from co-design sessions through to the Boardroom.
