Southern Stay is a proud, accredited not-for-profit disability support organisation serving Southwest Victoria since 1982. With a workforce of around 300 dedicated staff, supported by a Board of Directors, we deliver high-quality, person-centred services to more than 700 people with disabilities and their families across Warrnambool, Hamilton, Portland, and surrounding communities.

The Role

We are searching for an experienced Operations Manager to manage Southern Stay’s Supported Independent Living services in Warrnambool.

If you bring strong operational leadership excellence in disability services and are looking to broaden your impact, leading at scale, driving service quality, and embedding consistent, high-performing practices across multiple sites, this role offers that opportunity and more. It’s a chance to move beyond day-to-day management and take ownership of service delivery, compliance, financial performance and participant outcomes end to end.‍‍
