Cooper Hardiman is proud to partner with Southern Stay Disability Services – a respected not-for-profit organisation - in seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to join their small but impactful ICT team in Warrnambool.

The Role

The ICT Support Officer is a hands-on, Level 2 technical support role where you’ll be the primary point of contact for our organisation’s ICT Helpdesk - triaging, resolving and coordinating support requests across a workforce of approximately 300 staff.

Day to day, you’ll manage helpdesk operations end-to-end: from logging and prioritising tickets through to resolving complex technical issues and escalating when needed. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, PaperCut and the organisation’s 3CX IP telephony system, as well as supporting device deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to documentation and continuous improvement.

About you

You’re an experienced ICT professional who thrives in a support environment, someone who takes pride in solving problems, communicating clearly and making technology work for people of all technical abilities. You bring:

  • Strong customer service

  • An ICT-related qualification

  • Demonstrated experience owning or leading a helpdesk function

  • Strong Level 2 ICT support experience

  • · Sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and Windows operating systems

  • Experience supporting IP telephony systems such as 3CX

  • A clear understanding of ICT security, access control and confidentiality requirements
