Southern Stay is a proud, accredited not-for-profit disability support organisation serving Southwest Victoria since 1982. With a workforce of around 300 dedicated staff, supported by a Board of Directors, we deliver high-quality, person-centred services to more than 700 people with disabilities and their families across Warrnambool, Hamilton, Portland, and surrounding communities.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who is ready to step into a senior leadership role.

If you bring strong HR experience and are looking to broaden your influence, partnering with leaders, shaping people strategy, and being the go‑to advisor on workforce matters - this role offers that opportunity. It’s a chance to move beyond transactional HR and take ownership of people and culture outcomes from end to end.‍‍
